REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY
OUR 14 DAYS WARRANTY
Our products come with a FREE replacement or service warranty which we deemed necessary for 14 days from purchase. If your purchase does not match the description or the item is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order - we will make sure that all of your issues are resolved.
If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We have two categories for eligibility of your replacement:
1. If it is a wrong item or wrong engrave made by our team, we will send a replacement and the shipping fee will be shouldered by Rare Manila. However, if it's error by the customer, we cannot give the free replacement but we can give 40% OFF discount if the customer wish to replace it. Shipping Fee will still be shoulder by the client.
2. If the defective part is only the chain of the necklaces and bracelets, we can send the chain or part of the chain at free cost and free shipping. However, if the replacement needed to return to us so we can fix the item, the client will shoulder the shipping fee.
For defective or faulty products, please take clear photos or videos and email firstname.lastname@example.org as we will replace your purchase after confirmation.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water or chemical damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
The Rare Manila policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
In order to receive your refund please follow the steps below:
Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund. Send us your return or exchange request to email@example.com with detailed reason for return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your concern. We will be sending to you the shipping address that you can send your return or exchanged item.
To assure your refund please use a trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages. (You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Upon the receipt of your package your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted like any item that it is not in its original condition, item was damaged or has missing parts.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be charged a 25% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and the other applicable charges.
1. Change of Mind
Customer no longer wants the items - this is the most common scenario which we cannot accept and honor if we want to continue offering great value at The New Beginning Ph. The buyer should ensure that he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
2. Customer found items cheaper somewhere else
Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
